TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Our events are for patrons that are strictly 18+, no refunds will be provided for underage attendees. 
• The right of admission is reserved by the event management and venue management parties
• The right is reserved to vary, substitute or withdraw advertised programs, artists, venue and seating arrangements as necessary
• This ticket is only valid only when purchased through an authorised agent
• Patrons who disrupt a performance, who are in use or possession of a prohibited object or fail to produce valid identification may be asked to leave the venue without refund of ticket purchase
• All tickets sold are final – no refunds will be provided for change in mind or inability to attend due to personal reasons or duplicate orders by the customer. Refunds may be provided through the refund ticket protection add on through the check out process. 
• Please be aware that we have no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers. If you attend one of our events with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such or otherwise , you may be refused entry to the event. 
• The ticket holder bears the risk of dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event including (but not exclusively) – the dangers of being struck by projected objects, atmospheric effects, strobe light usage or loud noises. If impacted – immediately contact event staff for assistance.
